Overview
Jadwal is Transcend's AI workforce scheduling product, currently in alpha. Managers chat with it in plain English or Arabic to build rosters, cover shifts, and approve leave, while the engine keeps every schedule compliant with Saudi labor rules: Nitaqat, GOSI and Ramadan hours. Built for restaurants, warehouses, retailers and offices across Saudi Arabia.
The Challenge
Workforce scheduling in Saudi Arabia is a compliance problem as much as a logistics one. Managers juggle spreadsheets, availability, rest rules, Nitaqat ratios and Ramadan hours by hand, and one mistake means gaps in coverage or labor violations. The product needed to remove that entire workflow: no menus to learn, no forms to fill, just a conversation that ends with a valid, published schedule on every employee’s phone.
The Solution
We built a conversational scheduling engine with more than 50 scheduling rules and a real-time compliance dashboard. Managers describe their team once, then run everything by chat: generate a week in seconds, resolve conflicts, swap shifts and approve leave with one tap. Location-verified clock-in feeds a live operations view, and every change is checked against Saudi labor law before it publishes. Fully bilingual with Arabic RTL throughout.
